To My señoras & señioritas—it’s time to praise.

“…who satisfies you with good

so that your youth is renewed

like the eagle’s.”

PSALM 103:5 (ESV)

“Ahora.”

There is something the Father is cooking up in our praise and worship—specifically to our Spanish speaking sisters. To the women of family, younger and older: the Holy Spirit is active in your praises and these two things, He emphasized excitedly!

(please excuse my Spanish, this is not my native language! Nevertheless, the Holy Spirit interprets all things—so awesome is He!)

In the house. Allow the Holy Spirit to move in your homes; welcome Him with glad hearts and thanksgiving. Some of you may have a song or two you already sing aloud no matter who’s listening and some of you may have a song you sing in your heart that God has been ministering to you through. For some, He might give you a new song—let your ears and heart be open to Him! That song you are thinking of…let it play throughout your home. If you have speakers, use them. If you have and can play an instrument (or maybe you feel ready to learn how to play) do that! Or just clap your hands and sing like in psalm 47!

And let your heart rejoice like a child.

Let it play out loud for everybody to hear, for He is doing a cleansing work. Just as garbage collectors serve in our communities to take away the refuse and trash from the trash bins/dumpster, the Father will also do this in your homes. He’s coming by, rejoice!

If you believe and trust in Him, truly worship and praise Him from your heart, He will do this same work in your homes.

Sing praises unto Him and let the rejoicing break loose! Get loose and continue in worship; He will meet you there. He is so worthy—Him and Him alone.

Get together. Let the women come together for praise and worship, wherever there’s space for everyone! Come together for fellowship and with pure hearts, just to praise our God and Father in Christ Jesus. And this is the promised blessing: when you convene, He will renew your strength like the eagle’s. He is so near and so good, all the time!

Toward the end of our time praying, the Lord spoke the word “fire” repeatedly and lastly, He showed me a boiling pan of water. And out of excitement and anticipation I said, “The LORD is cooking something” and immediately the Holy Spirit said, “Yes I am.” Thank You Jesus!

This is now. It’s a time of purifying and excitement (I keep using this word because the Father graciously allowed me to perceive His heart in this matter, He is excited!) because He will revive and strengthen. If you have anything—relationships with family, friends, community, work—anything in need of a touch from the Father, I would start praising Him now. Because He is working now; the fire is on. Ahora!

Be excited too + faithful and “exuberant” in praises in your native tongue! Lift up and encourage Spanish songwriter + singers + musicians, especially those right around you!

All glory and honor and power and praise be unto Him forever, in Jesus name, amen!
